The total epitope score is a summary of the proteasomal, TAP and MHC binding scores and between reactive peptide variants (red) and their corresponding non-reactive variants (purple). Peptides binding to HLA class I A and B alleles had their total processing scores and MHC IC50 predicted using the Immune Epitope Database (www.immuneepitope.org), and scores were compared using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test.
