Table 2.
Complementation test results. No heterozygous progeny were produced in an outcross to a wild type using pollen from atsec24a-1 heterozygotes (+/–). However, the atsec24a-1 allele was recovered in the progeny from individual outcrosses using pollen from an atsec24a-1(+/–) carrying a LAT52::AtSEC24A construct (+/mc), demonstrating that the male defective transmission of the atsec24a-1 mutant allele was complemented by the presence of LAT52::AtSEC24A.
