(A) Different stages of flowers (Smyth et al., 1990) from pCSLD1:GUS and pCSLD4:GUS transgenic lines and wild-type plants were examined for GUS activity. Typical pollen grains with GUS staining are shown. (B) pCSLD1:GUS and pCSLD4:GUS pollen tubes showed GUS activity.
