GmNAC6 promotes cell death in planta. A. Three-week-old tobacco leaves were infiltrated with Agrobacterium cells carrying the 35S::YFP-NAC6 construct or an unrelated 35S::NIG construct. A. Leaf sectors were infiltrated with the indicated Agro-inoculum and photographs were taken at 5 days (5 d), 6 days (6 d) and 7 days (7 d) post-Agro-inoculation. B.
