Cases used for Western analysis. Neuropil threads and plaques are reported for frontal cortex and refer to silver (Gallyas) stain. The plaque number includes plaques with and without cores; sparse (<5/field), mod (6 to 20/field), freq (21 to 30/field). RFU, mean relative fluorescence for Aβ and p-tau antibody fluorescence measured by flow cytometry (mean in superior parietal A7 cortex).
