Pharmacokinetic analysis in ferrets and cynomolgus macaques. Female ferrets and cynomolgus macaques (three per group) were given peramivir (30 mg/kg) intravenously (A) or oseltamivir phosphate (30 mg/kg) orally (B). Blood samples were collected at the indicated time points, and concentrations of peramivir and oseltamivir carboxylate were analyzed by LC/MS/MS.
