14-3-3 forms a complex with SSH1L, which is disrupted after PDGF treatment. VSMCs were incubated with vehicle or PDGF (10 ng/ml for 15 min). Left, co-immunoprecipitation was performed using a primary antibody against SSH1L. The membrane was then immunoblotted using anti-SSH1L and anti-14-3-3γ antibodies.
