Kaempferol protects against microglial-mediated neurotoxicity. SH-SY5Y cells were treated with conditioned media (CM) from BV2 cells exposed toLPS (1.0 µg·mL⁻¹) with or without kaempferol (10–100 µM) pretreatment for 1 h. After 24 h incubation, the viability of SH-SY5Y cells was assessed by MTT assay.
