(A) HeLa cells were untreated (control) or treated with Lat B (2 μM) for 30 min at 37°C prior to addition of 25 μM MCoTI-I. Following uptake for 1 hr at 37°C, the cells were imaged using confocal fluorescence microscopy. Bar = 10 μm. (B) HeLa cells without treatment (control) or treated with 2 μM Lat B for 30 min at 37°C were fixed and labeled with rhodamine—phalloidin to label actin (red) and DAPI to label nuclei (blue). Bar = 10 μm.
