ED cells were inoculated in triplicate with EIAVPND-1 and/or EIAVPND-5, and the replication kinetics of each virus in singly (Mono) or dually infected cells was assessed by measuring supernatant virion production and provirus-infected cells. (B) Results of competition using inocula normalized by RNA copy number. ED cells were inoculated in triplicate with EIAVPND-1 and/or EIAVPND-5. Supernatant was collected at sequential times postinfection for quantitation of virion production. Results are the means ± standard deviations of values from triplicate wells assayed in duplicate.
