Contrast injection following placement of percutaneous gastrojejunostomy tube confirms that the tip of the tube is in excellent position in the jejunum (arrow). Note the gas-filled stomach (white arrow) and the locking pigtail catheter in stomach which serves to maintain catheter in position and prevent dislodgement.
