OD₆₂₀ was measured after 24 h of incubation. The growth of untreated controls was normalized to 100% to evaluate the percent growth of samples in the presence of AFP_NN5353. Vogels* medium without CaCl₂ supplementation contains 0.7 mM Ca²⁺. Results are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 3).
