CHO cells were incubated with (+) or without (−) 8 mM MβCD at 37°C for 1 h. After incubation, the cells were washed twice with DMEM and incubated with 5 µg/ml VVH at 37°C for 15 min. Cells were lysed, and fractionated. VVH, flotillin-1 (flt-1), and transferrin receptor (TfR) were detected by western blotting using specific antibodies.
