Energy calculations of Pept1+/+ and Pept1−/− animals on low-protein (8% protein energy), control (21% protein energy) and high-protein (45% protein energy) diet for 5 days were analyzed (n = 10). Data are presented as sum of energy intake, energy excretion and energy assimilation over 5 days of feeding the diets.
