Clone B6 (see Fig. 1) Flp-In T-REx 293 cells that constitutively express HA-CLIP-OX₁ and harbor VSV-G-SNAP-CB₁ at the Flp-In locus were untreated (filled symbols) or treated with doxycycline (10 ng·ml⁻¹ for 24 h) (open symbols). Membranes prepared from these cells were used in saturation [³H]SB674024 (OX₁ receptor antagonist) (A) or [³H]SR141716A (CB₁ receptor antagonist) (B) binding studies.
