Plasmid pSPF302 was constructed for the integration of P_slp shIδα onto the Pf chromosome at the pdaD locus. After homologous recombination P_slp Dimer strain contains the dimeric SHI construct under control of the constitutive promoter P_slp and the pdaD with its native promoter.
