The arrow from the 5′-flanking region indicates the ACS1-1 sequence, which was not observed in ACS1-2. Arrows to the 5′-flanking region show the 13-bp tandemly repeated sequence and the 162-bp insertion sequence, which were observed in ACS1-2. The flanking sequences of the insertion are also indicated in lowercase letters.
