B cells containing tumor cell remnants migrate to the cervical draining LNs. Wild-type C57BL/6 mice were implanted with GL26 tumors and treated 14 days later with Ad-TK+Ad-Flt3L (Ad.TK/Flt3L), saline, or Ad.0. After 7 days, immune cells isolated from dLN were analyzed by flow cytometry.
