The proportion and absolute number of CD4⁺CD25⁺CD127⁻ Tregs in CD3⁺ T cells increased after coculture with IDO/CHO cells. CD3⁺ T cells isolated from PBMCs of breast cancer patients were cocultured with CHO/IDO or CHO/EGFP cells for 7 days to allow induction of Tregs. The proportions and absolute number of CD4⁺CD25⁺CD127⁻ Tregs were detected by flow cytometry. (a) The proportion of CD4⁺CD25⁺CD127⁻ Tregs in the T cells treated with IDO⁻ CHO/EGFP cells (P2 region represents CD4⁺ T cells; Q4 region represents CD4⁺CD25⁺CD127⁻ Tregs).
