In vitro translation of Cel1 (A) and Cel2 (B) in a rabbit reticulocyte system using [35S]Met as the amino acid precursor. The mature proteins were obtained by including canine pancreatic microsomal membranes in the translation reaction. The translated products were fractionated by SDS-PAGE.
