Impact of C225-HAuNS on laser-induced increase in tumor temperature. C225-HAuNS or saline was injected into mice bearing subcutaneous A431 tumors. At 24 h after injection, tumors were irradiated with laser at 808 nm at 4 w/cm2 for 3 min.
