(B) Mannose-sensitive yeast agglutination assay to assess type 1 fimbriae production and western bolt analysis for the FimZ synthesis in the lrpC mutants harboring pWSK29 (a low-copy number vector control) or pYA4865 (Lrp-independent fimZ expression vector).
