All estimates are weighted and correct for county-level clustering. All regressions control for the full set of explanatory variables listed in Table 1.Reference categories include white race, married or living as married, and less than high school education. Although controlled for in all specifications, results are not reported for PD’s reported in less than 1% of the sample.
