Cell proliferation assay of A2780 and A2780/CP70 cells. Viability of cells were assessed after 72 h in A2780 and A2780/CP70 cell lines post cis-platin treatment using MTT assay and showed that A2780/CP70 cells required 3 to 4-folds higher concentration of the cis-platin to achieve the same level of cell death compared to A2780 cells at 72 h.
