(B) At the tibial plateau level, instead of normal intravascular enhancement, a lobulated mass (empty arrows) obscured the popliteal artery and insinuated into adjacent cortex and medullary cavity of tibia resulting intraosseous mass with erosion and surrounding sclerosis (black arrow).
