Murine recPrP was fibrillised in a buffer containing 2 M guandinium hydrochloride and different amounts of Na+/K+-ATPase. Reactions were performed in triplicate and fibrillisation was monitored by the increase in ThT fluorescence over time. After subtraction of background fluorescence from control wells, the resulting data were normalised to express the ThT fluorescence as a percentage of the maximum signal. (A) recPrP alone (B) final nominal concentration of 18 µg/ml Na+/K+-ATPase (C) final nominal concentration of 35 µg/ml Na+/K+-ATPase (D) final nominal concentration of 70 µg/ml Na+/K+-ATPase.
