FIGURE 9. — Fluorescence anisotropy data measuring the binding of ZNF217-F67 to DNA. Purified recombinant ZNF217-F67 was titrated into dsDNA carrying a 5′-fluorescein tag, and fluorescence anisotropy was measured as a function of protein concentration. Filled squares and the solid line show binding to an oligonucleotide containing the consensus sequence identified in the current study, and open triangles and the dashed line show binding to an oligonucleotide designed to eliminate this consensus sequence. Fits are shown for a simple 1:1 binding model.
