Reconstitution of CSB in TR4-deficient cells alleviates UV hypersensitivity. A, TR4+/+, TR4−/−/vector, and TR4−/−/CSB MEF cells were exposed to 10 J/m2 UV light. 72 h after UV exposure, cell viability was measured by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay.
