After pre-incubation with visfatin (50 and 100 ng/mL), the microvessels were contracted with increasing concentrations of NA (1 nmol/L to 30 µmol/L). Results are expressed as percentage of a previous contraction elicited by 125 mmol/L potassium chloride (KCl). Results are expressed as mean ± SEM of 17 segments obtained from 4 animals.
