Adjusted mean protein ratios (TGFβ2-treated/control), standard error of the mean (SEM). P values, and subcellular source for abundant proteins (from Supplementary Table S5 [http://www.iovs.org/lookup/suppl/doi:10.1167/iovs.11-8218/-/DCSupplemental]). Abundant proteins exhibited mean ratios at least 1 SD above the mean and P < 0.06 (Fig. 2). All proteins were quantified in ≥3 TM cell samples (median ratio = 1.00; mean = 1.01; SD = 0.31; n = 450).
