Effect of FeCl₃ on the expression of RNA III. S. aureus MW2 cells cultured in CS, CS with molecules larger than 50 kDa removed (solution 1), and CDM(−) with or without various concentrations of FeCl₃ were collected at the exponential phase. The expression of RNA III was determined by quantitative PCR by the method described in Materials and Methods. The data shown represent means and SD of measurements performed in triplicate.
