FTIR spectra of R. denitrificans OCh 114 cultured in media with different C/N ratios. The medium was adjusted with glucose at different concentrations, with NH4Cl at a fixed concentration of 0.25 g liter−1, and the spectra indicate the increase of the PHA signal with increasing C/N ratios.
