Expression of FliA and FliZ proteins. (A) Cells of strain KK1004AFZF carrying the mutation(s) indicated above the lane were grown to exponential phase at 37°C in MGC. The culture containing 106 cells was directly subjected to SDS-PAGE. FLAG-tagged proteins in the gel were detected by Western blotting using an anti-FLAG M2 monoclonal antibody. WT, wild type.
