Memory phenotype of LCMV-specific CD4+ T cells. PBMC from donors AD108 and AD123 were stained with the MHC class II tetramers HLA-DRB1*1101 NP86-100 and HLA-DRB1*0701 NP236-250, respectively. Tetramer-positive cells were enriched following incubation with magnetic beads. Plots are gated on either total CD3+ CD4+ T cells (black background) or LCMV-specific CD3+ CD4+ T cells (red dots). The numbers represent the percentages of tetramer-positive CD3+ CD4+ T cells in the gate.
