Transcript levels of putative Kunitz inhibitors in normal tissues were analyzed by qRT-PCR. The transcript levels were calculated by the comparative ΔΔCt method and normalized with the housekeeping genes APRT and CSTB. Transcript levels are given as % of SPINT4 levels in the epididymis, which was set to 100%. SPINT5 was only detected in the epididymis.
