HCC827 and H520 cells seeded on chamber slides were treated with IgG-NP or C225- NP (0.2×10¹⁰ particles). Untreated cells served as control. At 24 hrs after treatment cells were washed, fixed and images were taken under dark-field microscopy. Scale bar is 50 micron. Selective binding and uptake of C225-NP but not IgG-NP was observed in HCC827 cells. In H520 cells there was no binding and uptake of C225-NP when compared with IgG-NP.
