Viability is expressed as % control using conditions outlined in the text. DEVDase levels (nmol/mg protein) were measured 2 and 6 hr after irradiation using a 90 mJ/cm2 light dose (690 ± 10 nm). ANOVA analysis indicates the probability that DEVDase values in each group are significantly different.
Significantly different from control value (p < 0.02).
