LT-induced barrier dysfunction is partially prevented by ROCK inhibition. Cells grown on porous membrane inserts were treated with medium or LT. Where indicated, cells were pretreated with the MLCK inhibitor ML-7 (5 µM), or the ROCK inhibitors Rki (1 µM) or Y27 (5 µM) for 30 min.
