Expression of Tm isoforms coded by the TPM1 and TPM2 genes in three cell lines. Equal loading (20 µg) of total cellular protein isolated from human primary fibroblasts, mouse primary fibroblasts and rat neuroblastoma B35 cells, was electrophoresed on 12.5% SDS gel and individual protein gel blots probed with the (A) TM311, (B) α/1b, (C) α/9d, (D) CG1 and (E) CGβ6 antibodies.
