UEC CM modulates the expression of mRNA of TLRs by DC. DC were differentiated from monocytes in the presence or absence of ECC-1 CM (A) or in the presence or absence of primary UEC CM (B). Taqman real-time RT-PCR was performed to measure relative expression of TLRs, which was normalized to endogenous human β-actin gene.
