Immunoblot analysis of different β-glucan synthase fractions prepared from cotton fibers. The proteins of different enzyme fractions (PME, SE1, SE2, and P) were separated on a 10% SDS-PAGE gel and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The proteins were probed with polyclonal annexin antiserum diluted in PBS buffer (1:250 dilution). Lanes 1 to 4, PME, SE1, SE2, and P, respectively.
