A statistically significant difference (p< 0.05) was observed for PDT plus EGCG versus PDT alone. (B) Tumor lysates were collected 24 hours after PDT and assayed for GRP-78, phosphorylated JNK, cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-7, PARP, survivin and actin by Western blot analysis using commercially available antibodies.
