Crystals of human NALP3 PYD. The crystals were grown in 2 d in the presence of 32% PEG 2000 MME, 0.2 M ammonium sulfate and 0.1 M sodium acetate pH 4.4. The approximate dimensions of the crystals were 0.1 × 0.1 × 0.4 mm.
