The unit of time is indicated. Crypton-derived genes listed at nodes of the tree indicate the times of their domestication based on their distribution in different species. KIAA1958L, QRICH1, ZMYM2, ZMYM3 and ZMYM4 are not shown, because they were likely derived by gene duplications.
