The α7* antagonist, MLA, decreased the amplitude of Glu-evoked EPSCs. Example traces (upper) show that bath-applied MLA (10 nM) decreases the amplitude of eEPSCs, and the average (three out of 10; seven showed no effect) shows the amplitude decrease (lower).
