Rats performed slightly above chance levels at the first test block and improved to >90% accuracy by the last test block. (B) Effect of place acquisition testing on medial striatal ACh output. ACh output during place acquisition testing did not change compared with baseline levels. ACh output following behavioral testing was also comparable with that during baseline collection.
