Immunoblot analysis. Cos-7 cells were transfected with pGFP-gB or each of the truncated forms and were harvested 48 h later. Lysates were treated with endo H or PNGase F, as indicated above each lane, and subjected to denaturing sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
