Electrophoretic analysis of plasma membrane proteins of yeast cells expressing wild-type and mutant plant plasma membrane H+-ATPases. Purified plasma membranes (30 μg) prepared from YAKpma2, YAKpma4, and the two mutants Q882ochre and T861N were analyzed by electrophoresis on a 10% polyacrylamide gel and stained with Coomassie brilliant blue.
