(A) In the primary immunization, mice were vaccinated intramuscularly with rAd-E5 or peptide 25-33 plus CpG ODN 1826 (bioactive) or immunized i.p. peptide 25-33 plus Freund's adjuvants twice at days 0 and 7; secondary vaccination was performed with the same regimens as the first immunization at day 49.
