Time course of peroxygenase (circles) and laccase (triangles) production by agitated cultures of M. rotula under optimized conditions in a liquid medium consisting of 42 g L-1 glucose, 45 g L-1 soybean peptone and 4.5 g L-1 yeast extract. MroAPO activity was measured with veratryl alcohol at pH 5.5 and laccase activity with ABTS at pH 4.5. Data points represent mean values of three parallel culture flasks with standard deviations. The dotted line marks the time course of pH.
